Please find below updated information on the current situation and how this may impact your reservation or your activity. This page will be updated regularly to provide you with the latest information.
Are activities open for bookings?
Government restrictions on activities have been lifted in most countries where Adrenaline Hunter operates, with some local exceptions. In the vast majority of cases, we are therefore open for reservations. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us!
In some regions of specific areas, Covid-19 outbreaks have prompted authorities to reinstate certain restrictions, which may impact the organizing of outdoor activities.
Such regions at the moment include (non-exhaustive list),
Spain: Barcelona, Huesca, Murcia, Ibiza and Malaga: certain activities in these regions are cancelled to comply with regional restrictions and/or because of lack of visitors/clients
South Africa: most activites are closed as a lockdown is in effect
New Zealand: a lockdown order has been issued for 12 days in the Auckland area, and activities have had to stop operating in the area
Do not hesitate to contact us prior to booking if you plan on travelling to these regions. Note that activities cancelled for the abovementioned reasons will be reimbursed in full, and in cash, in no more than 48 hours after cancellation.
Can I book now and cancel later?
The majority of activities available on Adrenaline Hunter use a FLEXIBLE or SUPER FLEXIBLE cancellation policy. You can, therefore, book now and either cancel or reschedule later AT NO COST:
- up to 24 hours before the start of the activity for SUPER FLEXIBLE
- up to 4 days before the start of the activity for FLEXIBLE
Should you want to cancel your activity, you can do so automatically through our cancellation form. No proof or documentation from you will be required.
Cancellations are always refunded directly to your original payment method (please allow a 48 hours delay for refunds to be processed).
For more information regarding our cancellation policies, please visit our cancellation policy page.
Health and Safety measures
To protect your health and safety, as well as that of others, our partnering instructors are reorganising their activities to comply with new local regulations.
This may involve wearing masks during some activities, limiting group sizes, and/or stringent cleaning and sanitising procedures when preparing equipment.
To help instructors to provide the best health and safety practice, please be observant of the rules that they communicate to you when you take part in the activity.
It is also strongly encouraged that you attend your activity prepared with your own mask, if only for the pre and post-activity phases of your experience.
If you want to know more about the health and safety measures taken for a specific activity, do not hesitate to contact us!
