- Issues when paying?
If you have troubles making a booking or during the checkout process, please try this:
→ use another browser (Mozilla, Google Chrome...) - Internet Edge causes sometimes problems
→ use a private tab (incognito in Chrome + private in Safari)
→ clear the cache (Ctrl+F5 while on a laptop/desktop)
Further troubles occurring during the check out can relate to the card or bank. Possibilities include :
→ the card has insufficient funds
→ the card threshold has been reached
→ the card is blocked by the bank in Europe and cannot be used on a French website
→ it is a special card (company card / prepaid)
→ the bank has a technical issue
Please try in those cases with another card and/or contact your bank to unblock the transaction.
